The Work

1:1 Coaching

A space for presence, integration, and meaningful change.
A return to the truth of who you are.

A Different Approach

Why This Work Is Different

Many approaches focus on understanding. Insight can be incredibly valuable. It helps us make sense of our experiences, recognize patterns, and cultivate greater self-awareness.

Yet many people find themselves asking: If I understand it, why do I keep repeating the same patterns?

Understanding is important, but lasting change often requires more than insight alone. It may also involve working with the nervous system, emotions, and body, where many of our learned patterns and protective responses are held.

This work draws from somatic healing, EMDR-informed approaches, Internal Family Systems, and nervous system regulation to support deeper healing, greater resilience, and lasting change.

The Approach

In our work together, we create space for what is emerging to be seen.

This is a collaborative and attuned process. We move at a pace that feels right for you and your system, allowing space for deeper awareness, emotional processing, and integration to unfold.

Cultivating greater presence, self-trust, and a sense of wholeness over time.

I integrate EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), weaving together somatic and traditional approaches to gently support you in working through patterns, past and present experiences, and internal dynamics that may be shaping how you feel, relate, and move through your life.

We typically work together over 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. The 1-month intensive offers weekly sessions for condensed, focused work ideal for those navigating something specific and wanting immersive support.

This work supports a return to your own inner wisdom. You set the rhythm that feels right for you. As trust and respect for your system deepen, healing and integration unfold naturally. The process is gentle and profound, often bringing insight and unexpected moments of clarity.

Over time, this work leads to a deeper sense of coherence and connection to yourself, allowing you to move through life from a more grounded and embodied place.

Approaches I Draw From

Rooted in evidence-based
somatic modalities

IFS
Internal Family Systems

Within each of us lives a complex inner landscape parts that protect, parts that carry old pain, parts that long to be seen and understood. IFS offers a way of relating to these inner parts with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment or shame gently untangling the patterns that keep us stuck and restoring a deeper sense of wholeness and self-trust.

TrainingIFS coach training through Coaches Rising’ Symphony of Self faculty included Richard Schwartz, founder of Internal Family Systems. Further IFS-Informed Somatic Trauma Therapy trained through The Embody Lab faculty included Dr. Frank Anderson.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing

EMDR is one of the most researched and clinically validated approaches to trauma healing in the world. Rather than requiring you to talk through or intellectually process difficult experiences, it works directly with the brain and nervous system allowing stuck memories, emotions, and survival responses to be gently reprocessed and integrated at a deeper level. The result is often a profound shift in how the past is held in the body and mind. Many people find that experiences which once felt overwhelming lose their charge, and a greater sense of freedom and ease becomes possible.

TrainingSomatic EMDR Certificate trained through The Embody Lab faculty included Dr. Arielle Schwartz and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, author of The Body Keeps the Score.

Somatic
Body-Based Healing

Somatic work is the foundation that runs beneath everything the recognition that the body holds what the mind cannot always access. Working somatically means tuning into the body's sensations, rhythms, and responses as a pathway to healing rather than bypassing them. Central to this work is Polyvagal Theory an understanding of how the nervous system shapes our sense of safety, connection, and capacity to heal.

TrainingPolyvagal Trauma Therapy Certificate, The Embody Lab faculty included Dr. Stephen Porges, creator of Polyvagal Theory, and Deb Dana, LCSW, leading clinician in its therapeutic application.

How It Unfolds

A gentle, iterative
path toward wholeness

01

Discovery Call

We begin with a free 30-minute call to meet each other, explore what's present for you, and sense whether working together feels like the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.

02

First Sessions

We build the foundation creating safety, understanding your system, and beginning to explore what wants to be seen. Sessions are 60 minutes, held virtually via Zoom.

03

Ongoing Integration

Over 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, we go deeper. The 1-month container offers weekly sessions for those seeking focused, intensive work. Longer containers create the continuity for lasting change to unfold. Integration happens between sessions as much as within them.

04

Emergence

Over time, you begin to operate from a more whole, grounded, and coherent place. The way you feel, relate, and move through your life begins to shift often in ways that surprise you.
