About

Meet Naomi

Holding space for your healing, integration, and becoming.

I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire. From a young age, I was introduced to meditation, holistic healing, and spirituality. My mother co-owned a yoga studio and practiced polarity therapy, so these ways of understanding the body, mind, and healing were a natural part of my upbringing.

Over time, I explored a wide range of healing and personal development work including yoga, meditation, EFT tapping, breathwork, and mindfulness-based inquiry practices. I studied with teachers including Byron Katie, Joe Dispenza, Sue Morter, and Aleya Dao, among others. These experiences deepened my understanding of healing and transformation and shaped the foundation of my path.

In more recent years, my work has become more focused and integrative through the study of Internal Family Systems, EMDR, somatic approaches, and Polyvagal Theory. It was through this work that the dots began connecting in a brand new way. Accessing and healing deeper layers, profound integration and understanding, insights clicking into a deeper resonance that I hadn't experienced before.

This has been profoundly transformative in my own growth and evolution. Looking back, I can see how my life has prepared me to hold space and work with people in this gentle, intimate, and deeply attuned way.

To me, this is some of the most important work we can do. It not only transforms our own lives, but also the lives around us, rippling across generations.

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate."
— Carl Jung

I feel deeply honored to do this work.
